Sweet & Sour Pulled Jackfruit Pie

I’ve been mainly focusing on other parts of the sustainable world but today, I’m back with a recipe that I was excited to try for a long time: pulled jackfruit pie! What I made this weekend was a sweet and sour pie with a hint of paprika which turned out really good and with a great balance between the sweet, sour and a little spicy. As we bought the whole fruit, we cut it open, deseeded and cooked in one go but I save a little extra for other recipes to try this week. So with no further ado, here’s my recipe for Sweet & Sour Pulled Jackfruit Pie! Cut open, remove fruit pulp, deseed and set aside OR remove water if you buy canned jackfruit.

Why You Should Start Composting Now

However, in the majority of cases, the methane is not collected and it ends up being expelled back to the atmosphere, causing greenhouse gases, as methane is 25 times stronger than carbon dioxide. they need mixed nitrogen-rich elements, such as bread, egg shells, grass clippings, human & pet hair, weeks and etc daily and some carbon-rich products like egg cartons, paper, hay, tree prunings, etc. Little or no worm wee = poor drainage Solution = harvest or ‘fluff’ the castings Worms don’t seem to be eating on my new farm Solution Once you find your right type of composting, then you can save your food scraps and dispose of them daily or every other day to feed your compost and harvest rich soil.

Our Minimalist Home Tour [Part 1]

This weekend I started watching the hyped ‘Tidying Up with Marie Kondo’ I’ve decided to share a little bit of our home but this is only part 1 as we still have a lot to get done and fixed. Since we are not the first owners of this house, it takes a little bit of extra effort to make it look more like ours, but I’m enjoying the process of getting it all done, one thing at a time. This time I’ll only be sharing the Living and Dining parts since most of our office and laundry still a long way to go.
