I’m so excited to try these because I feel like there was such a need in the market for better bright and pastel liquid eyeliners. They’re always so crackly and chunky so the idea that miss Riri may have changed the game excites my soul. So I picked up all three sets which brings us to nine whole liners and today we will use all of the, swatch them and decide what we think. BH Colour Festival palette review and three tutorials! but once I sat down and started playing with it, I actually found that it’s super easy to get looks out of.
