It was such a lovely little surprise, and to have our own little ‘villa donkersly’ with real flowers and everything, it really is the little things like this that make a holiday a ~dream~ holiday! We had our own outside bath which they kindly filled with petals for us, and we enjoying a relaxing flower bath to start the day off (essentials in Bali are definitely a flower bath, cannot recommend enough! ) We did venture out in the evenings a couple of times, the bars in Sanur are not too crazy, theres usually live music and a bit of an older crowd, which means less crazy (perfect for us) what we really enjoyed was the food.. the FOOD! The whole complex at The Pavilions is truly breathtaking that we were very spoilt for choice when it came to taking snaps for instagram, and I came away with far too many options (always a good thing! )

We had a jam-packed itinerary for the next day (although I definitely forgot to dress for the weather, heeled boots and vinyl trousers had me FREEZING! We were able to experience some amazing Czech cuisine, which is so warm and filling (perfect for the cold weather) over at the Kuchyn restaurant, as we wandered around the Prague castle complex after which was breathtaking – The next day was equally as busy, but we were able to visit some amazing art museums, starting with National Gallerts modern art collection for some beautiful art spotting, and then we also visited probably the COOLEST museum I have ever been to, the dox museum. The dox museum is a multifunctional space for international and Czech art, architecture and design – full of incredible dynamic and cultural pieces throughout – this punching bag with Donald Trumps face on it was a firm favorite!

Most of the time it’s a challenge though, and usually means I’m running around like a headless chicken to different stores trying to find the perfect gift.
