This downtown corner unit condo has literally stolen my heart! But for real, all that natural sunlight is to die for. For a downtown location, parking is an absolute must. The ability to walk to all things Denver, views for days, and all that natural sunlight, it is a no brainer that this cutie is taking my pick of the month spot!!!

On the other hand, if you plan to do a payment plan, you'll want to keep in mind how long that payment plan is, and what the transferring process entails. If you plan to live in your home for the next 20+ years, a longer-term monthly payment will likely not affect a potential sale, with the theory that a majority of the balance will have already been paid off. As a 7th generation Boulder/Nederland native, it's no surprise that we Ned kids stick together.
