Afternoon coffee break.
I miss simple days. We spend our childhood wanting to grow up, and we spend adulthood missing simple days. We can’t go back, but we can stand aside and watch our children delight in simple times. Watching fireworks in the back of dads truck, digging for worms in the dirt, melting popsicles in the summer sun, dance party in the rain, seashell hunting on the beach… whatever it is take a step back and remember the moments.
Listen. The older I get the more I realize external opinions don’t matter. ✌️
