5 Ingredient Banana Cream Pie 🍌🍌 People who can make this recipe - 1) a baking newbie 2) dessert connoisseur And the best part is, it’s so good that nobody with know the difference which one you are!! INGREDIENTS - 1 graham cracker pie crust 2 bananas, divided 1 banana cream Jello pudding mix 3 cups milk 3 cups light cool whip DIRECTIONS - 1) Begin by slicing up two bananas and lay them out over the base of your graham cracker crust, creating a snug single layer. 2) Next, grab your banana cream pudding mix and prepare according to package directions. Using a medium size saucepan, bring the banana pudding mix and cold milk to a boil, mixing constantly with a wire whisk. Once thickened, add to the prepared pie crust. 3) Pop the pie into the fridge to chill and set, which should take at least 4-6 hours. 4) When it’s time to dig in, lavish the top of your pie with the whipped topping, spreading it out for that picture-perfect finish. Finally, your other banana, slice it up, and artfully place the slices on top of the pie for that extra special touch. 5) Inhale!! 3 Ingredient Protein Orange Julius Smoothie 🍊 This is what childhood dreams are made of!!! This is 100% going on rotation post workout till further notice. INGREDIENTS - 1 cup ice 1/2 cup orange juice, without pulp 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice DIRECTIONS - 1) Add the ice, orange juice, almond milk and protein powder to a blender. 2) Blend on high speed until the ice is completely crushed and the drink is smooth. High Protein McGriddle Bites 🥞 with 13g protein per bite and only 1g sugar. If you’ve ever ordered a McGriddle from McDonalds you know how good these things are. So naturally I created a high protein alternative that’s amazingggg for grab and go in the mornings!! I love serving these with a side of sugar-free maple syrup for a sweet and savoury high protein breakfast option 🤤 INGREDIENTS - 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked 2 cups protein pancake mix, such as @kodiakcakes or PEScience 1 1/2 cups water 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese DIRECTIONS - 1) Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (175°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or butter. 2) In a mixing bowl, prepare the pancake batter according to the instructions on the package. Typically, this involves mixing the pancake mix with water until smooth. You can also add an extra scoop of protein powder if desired. 3) Add in the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese and maple syrup to bowl. Mix until combined. Spoon pancake batter into each muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 way up. 4) Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 18-23 minutes, or until the McGriddle bites are golden brown and cooked through. You can test for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of a muffin – it should come out clean when they’re ready. 5) Once baked, remove the muffin tin from the oven and allow the McGriddle bites to cool for a few minutes. Then, carefully remove them from the muffin tin and transfer them to a serving plate. High Protein Coffee Ice Cream ☕️🍦 Can you replace your morning iced coffee with a protein coffee ice cream you ask???? Yes. Yes in fact, you can. While also sneaking in some gainzzz 💪🏻 INGREDIENTS YOU NEED - 1 cup Fairlife skim milk - can also use Fairlife whole milk for a thicker creamier texture 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla jello mix 2 shots espresso 1 tbsp Lakanto or Swerve Sweetie powdered sugar - or sweetener of choice Optional toppings - chocolate chips, Oreo pieces, etc DIRECTIONS - 1) Add all ingredients to the ninja creami pint container up to the max fill line and mix well with hand held frother. 2) Freeze container for 24 hours until frozen solid. Remove frozen pint, run under hot water for 60 seconds and install into your machine. 3) For the first spin, press lite Ice Cream button. Remove the outer bowl lid. If ice cream is still powdery, then add back to machine and press respin button (you do not need to add more liquid!!!) 4) Check ice cream. The final product should be creamy and have a smooth texture. If your desired consistency isn’t reached you can add a bit more liquid if desired and spin again on the respin setting. 5) Add your favorite toppings and use mix-ins button. High Protein Cookie Dough Bark ft. my ride or die @bobsredmill 🍪🍫🤎 The viral cookie dough bark recipe flying around, but make it higher protein!! This is straight up going to be a STAPLE in my freezer for the rest of spring/summer. SO👏🏻GOOD👏🏻 and so convenient. INGREDIENTS YOU NEED - FOR COOKIE DOUGH LAYER 1 cup cottage cheese 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 3/4 cup @bobsredmill almond flour 1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips FOR CHOCOLATE LAYER 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 1 tsp coconut oil DIRECTIONS - 1) In a blender add the cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. 2) Add the cottage cheese mixture to a medium size bowl. Then add the almond flour and protein powder. Mix until combined. Then fold in chocolate chips. 3) Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cookie dough mixture evenly onto the sheet, pressing it down to form a thin layer. 4) Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until the cookie dough bark is firm and set. While setting, melted the 1/2 cup chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl. 5) Once set, remove the bark from the freezer and pour the chocolate overtop evenly. The Viral Popcorn Marshmallow Treats 🍿 Picture this: fluffy popcorn, gooey marshmallows, white chocolate, and colorful sprinkles all rolled into one lilllll shhhhnaaaack that’s guaranteed to put a big ol’ grin on your face 😬 (still not entirely sure if this emoji is a happy smile or nervous smile tbh) INGREDIENTS - 3 tbsp butter 7 cups popcorn 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 scoop cake batter protein powder 50 regular size marshmallows Funfetti sprinkles DIRECTIONS - 1) Start by popping your popcorn kernels using your preferred method. Stale popcorn also works here. 2) In a large saucepan, melt some butter over low heat. Once melted, add in the marshmallows and stir until they’re completely melted and smooth. 3) Remove the marshmallow mixture from the heat and stir in a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor. Then add the protein powder and pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and gently toss until all the popcorn is evenly coated. 4) Now comes the fun part—adding the sprinkles! Sprinkle them over the popcorn mixture and give it a final toss to distribute the sprinkles evenly throughout. 5) Transfer the popcorn mixture to a parchment-lined baking dish or sheet pan. Using a spatula or your hands (lightly coated with cooking spray to prevent sticking), press the mixture firmly into the pan to shape it into a flat, even layer. 6) If desired, melt white chocolate then drizzle it over the top of the treats for an extra special touch. Can add extra sprinkles on top as well. 7) Allow the treats to firm up for about 30 minutes at room temperature. Gluten Free Crostini with Blueberry Spread And Cream Cheese

these crostini are the perfect combination of sweet, savoury, and are packed full of flavour in every bite! I had many other breakfast options like my Superfood Protein Breakfast Cookies and my Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Sheet Pan Pancakes but nothing with a bit of a savoury twist on it! I went a little light on the cream cheese for each slice to give it a good jam to cheese ratio but feel free to slap a thick slab of it if you prefer. I just love all of the different flavours and textures in these crostini: sweet, savoury, cheesy flavours.

Easy Vegan Breakfast Tacos

They feature tofu scramble, avocado, salsa and cilantro for a healthy, filling plant-based breakfast that’s quick and easy to make. this gives it the very "eggy" taste, however you can use regular sea salt instead Mash and crumble the tofu with a fork (or alternatively pulse a few times in a food processor until it is crumbled, making sure to leave some big clumps). Add the tofu to the pan, as well as the nutritional yeast, paprika, turmeric, garlic salt, chili flakes, black salt, pepper, and dijon mustard. Assemble your breakfast tacos with the Untortillas, tofu scramble, avocado, salsa, cilantro, and vegan chipotle mayo!

Healthy Homemade Twix Bars (vegan & Gluten Free)

Once your shortbread base is done baking, make your caramel layer by mixing cashew butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla in a medium size bowl. Pour your peanut butter layer on top of the cooled shortbread cookie layer, and then place it in the fridge to solidify for about 30 minutes, or freezer for 15 minutes. Once the crust is cooled completely, pour the caramel filling over the crust and let cool in the freezer to set before topping with chocolate layer. Once the caramel layer is set, pour about HALF of the chocolate layer over the caramel layer.
