Not gonna lie… I’m still team baked/overnight/stove top oats BUT this was a nice change and super quick and easy to whip up! 🍪 INGREDIENTS - 1/2 cup oats, blended 1/2 banana 2 tbsp almond milk 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp vanilla Chocolate chips DIRECTIONS - 1) Blend oats to create a fine flour. Mix everything together in a bowl and shape into a cookie on parchment paper. 2) Put in air fryer for 7-10 minutes at 350F. Finallyyyyy hopped on this trend and I fully understand the hype now 🍑 seriously tastes like peach crisp, but way quicker and easier. Let me tell you though I had a HARD time getting a peach in half. Like you need a perfectly ripe peach or else you’re going to massacre 3 peaches like me 🤣 INGREDIENTS - 1-2 peaches Coconut oil Cinnamon Honey or maple syrup Vanilla ice cream Granola DIRECTIONS - 1) Cut peach in half and spray with coconut oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and top with honey. Air fry at 350F for 5-7 minutes depending on the ripeness of your peach. 2) Top with vanilla ice cream and granola. For a lighter option - use Greek or coconut yogurt in place of ice cream. Or whipped cream. Sometimes I make fancy oatmeal creations, and sometimes I make super easy and quick ones just like this. These are a flavour BOMB I tell you and one of my favourite flavour combinations 🍫🥜 They are perfect for meal prep for the week - just triple or quadruple the recipe to have oats for dayssss! INGREDIENTS - 1/2 cup certified gluten free oats 1/2 cup almond milk 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (optional) 1/2 scoop chocolate peanut butter protein (I used @pescience - use code BAILEY at checkout for $$ off all products) 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tbsp peanut butter (or pb2 if you prefer) 1. Add all ingredients to a bowl or mason jar. Stir well and refrigerate for minimum 4 hours - preferably overnight. 2. In the morning grab and go! I’ve been on a Strawberry Cheesecake kick 🍓 and a high protein kick, and a sweet tooth kick. A lot of kicking over here 🦵 These are so perfect for a sweet treat that has great ingredients to fuel that booootay! INGREDIENTS - 4 strawberries 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 1 tbsp cream cheese 1 tbsp protein powder (I used @pescience Strawberry Cheesecake flavour)(can use code BAILEY for $$ off all products!) Graham wafers, crushed (gf if desired) DIRECTIONS - 1) Wash and cut off the strawberry ends. Then dig out the centre. 2) In a small bowl mix together greek yogurt, cream cheese, and protein powder. 3) Stuff the strawberries with the Greek yogurt mixture, then press them into your crushed graham wafers. Sometimes I crave a green smoothie and other times I crave a flippinggggg Biscoff smoothie!! This baby isn’t the most nutritious but it’s DELISH and vegan (yes Biscoff is vegan). INGREDIENTS - 1/4 cup certified gluten free oats 1 tbsp Biscoff spread 1/2-3/4 cup almond milk (depending on how thick you like it) 1 tbsp maple syrup 1/4 cup thick coconut yogurt Handful of ice 1 frozen banana Coconut whip (optional) DIRECTIONS - 1) Blend everything together in a high speed blender except for the coconut whip. 2) Pour into a glass and top with coconut whip and Biscoff cookie if desired! The Best Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie Bowl 🥜🍌 INGREDIENTS - 1 frozen banana 1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant milk) 1 tbsp natural peanut butter 1 tbsp ground flaxseed 1 scoop @pescience peanut butter cookie protein (use code BAILEY at checkout to save $$) 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Ice cubes 3-4 tbsp chocolate chips (vegan if desired) 1 tsp coconut oil Toppings you desire - I used @pureproteinca peanut butter bar INSTRUCTIONS - 1) In a blender, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips, coconut oil, and extra toppings. Blend until very smooth, stopping to scrape down the blender as needed. If you want to thin it out, add 1 tbsp of almond milk at a time. If you add too much liquid, add a few more ice cubes to thicken it up again. Add to a bowl and smooth out with a spoon. 2) Melt together the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Pour over top of smoothie bowl and distribute evenly by moving bowl around. Put in freezer for 10 minutes to solidify. Frozen Snickers Banana Pops 🍌🍫 (Vegan & Gluten Free) Name a better combo than chocolate + peanut butter + banana, I dare you. All my favourite things on one popsicle stick, my life is complete. These are so easy and quick to make, and 100% satisfy a sweet tooth!! INGREDIENTS - 2 bananas Peanut butter (I used crunchy salted caramel @eatfatso ) Peanuts Approx 1/4-1/3 cup chocolate chips (can use vegan chocolate chips like @enjoylifefoods if desired) 1 tsp coconut oil DIRECTIONS - 1) Line a baking tray or plate with parchment paper and set aside. 2) Cut ends of bananas off, then cut them in half. Stick popsicle stick in the middle of bananas, then freeze for 45 minutes to 1 hour. 3) Remove from freezer and coat bananas with peanut butter. Then roll into the peanuts. 4) In a microwave safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and coconut until fully melted. 5) Using a spoon, coat the bananas with chocolate shell. Put back in freezer for 10 minutes till set.
