Highlights
My Baking Addiction

This cocktail contains three of my favorite liqueurs: Kahlua, Godiva Chocolate, and Rum Chata. Combined with cream, you’re left with a dessert cocktail that tastes just like the famed Italian dessert, Tiramisu! Ice cream floats and milkshakes are a dessert cocktail lover’s dream. If you’re looking for more recipes inspired by everyone’s favorite Italian dessert, we’ve got you covered!

15 Spring Berry Recipes

These 15 fresh berry recipes will have you welcoming spring with open arms and full stomachs! I’m so excited that we’re finally seeing some super gorgeous berries roll out in the grocery stores here in Ohio. Even though my sweet girl loves her berries in their natural state, I’m all about using them in delicious recipes all season long. From desserts and salad, to a refreshing shrub, here are some of my absolute favorite berry recipes from My Baking Addiction and beyond.

How to Freeze Cookie Dough

You’ll also want to have a couple of cookie sheets or jelly roll pans lined with parchment paper or silicone baking mats ready, as well as some zip-top bags. I also like to use a cookie scoop for uniform cookie balls, though you could use a regular spoon as well. When you’re ready to enjoy a warm, fresh-from-the-oven cookie, simply grab as many frozen cookie dough balls as you like. You can allow the dough balls to thaw before baking or bake from frozen.

Copycat J. Alexander's Carrot Cake

This copycat version of J. Alexander’s Carrot Cake is every bit as perfect as the original: full of carrots, pineapple and coconut, and soaked with a buttermilk syrup for a melt-in-your-mouth slice of cake. The thing that I think makes J. Alexander’s Carrot Cake special and different from other carrot cake recipes is the cake syrup. One of the other things I love about J. Alexander’s Carrot Cake recipe is the inclusion of pineapple, coconut and chopped pecans. Cream cheese frosting is traditional for carrot cake, and J. Alexander’s Carrot Cake is no different.
