#AD As a busy mom with a full schedule, a quick and easy meal saves me time. One of my favorite go-to weeknight meals is Pesto Chicken Pull Apart Sliders using @sisterschuberts Dinner Yeast Rolls. And as a special treat for my kids, I make Monkey Bread Muffins using Sister Schubert’s Parker House Rolls. I love using #SisterSchuberts because with their products I can make an easy and delicious homemade-tasting meal for my family at any time. You can find Sister Schubert’s in the freezer section at your local grocery store. #mealtime #celebrate

#ad I’m celebrating #NationalPeanutButterDay with this delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Tart that I made using @pbfit powdered peanut butter. This tart has 3 layers: a chocolate cookie crust, rich peanut butter filling and a chocolate ganache topping with salted peanuts. #PBfit is my favorite peanut butter because: *It has 87% less fat than traditional peanut butter *It can be used in so many ways including being added to smoothies, protein shakes, oatmeal, baking and more. *It’s great for convenient, easy and quick recipes for kids! Visit the link in my bio and use code: HALFBAKED15 for 15% off your purchase of PBfit. Recipe: Ingredients: Crust: *4 oz semisweet chocolate *1/2 cup unsalted butter *1 pack chocolate cookies Peanut Butter Filling: *8 oz cream cheese *1 1/2 cups peanut butter *1 cup sugar *1 cup heavy cream Ganache Topping: *6 oz semisweet chocolate *1/2 cup heavy cream *1/2 cup chopped salted roasted peanuts Instructions: Preheat oven to 375. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the chocolate and mix until melted. in a 9 1/2 tart pan with a removable bottom press the cookie crumbs evenly in the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, mix the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla on medium speed. In a separate bowl using the hand mixture, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks start to form and add 1/3 of the cream to the peanut butter mixture. Beat on low to combine and add the remaining heavy cream. Spoon the mixture into the crust, smooth it out and refrigerate for 1 hour. In a microwave safe bowl combine the heavy cream with the chocolate and microwave in 20-second intervals until the chocolate is melted. Stir until well mixed and let it cool. Once the hour has passed for the peanut butter filling, spread the chocolate topping over the filling and add the chopped peanut around the edges of the tart. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

#ad I’m so excited to host our annual homegating party and having friends and family over for the big game! Watching the game is even better when paired with our delicious gameday spread. One dish that’s a hit at our party every year is this Hot Blue Cheese Dip that is loaded with @TreasureCaveCheese Blue Cheese Crumbles. We serve it with vegetables, baguette slices & wings, and it’s always gone before the end of the first quarter. #ad My idea of spreading love for my kids on Valentine’s Day is baking fun and delicious treats for them. Aubrey loves brownies, so this year I’m making her Turtle Brownies topped with silky smooth DOVE® Milk Chocolate Hearts and since DJ loves cookies, I’m making him Brown Sugar Blondies using both the fun M&M’S® Cupid’s Mix and delicious M&M’S® Strawberry Shake. I love that I can use @dovechocolate & @mmschocolate to create and decorate Valentine’s Day treats for my loved ones. You can find #DOVECHOCOLATE & #m&m’s at your local retailer.
