♥️ Red Velvet Truffle Brownies ♥️ Ingredients 1 Box Red Velvet cake mix 1/2 cup butter, melted 2 eggs 1 (1 ounce) package vanilla pudding 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 package Oreos 8 ounces cream cheese 1 pack Ghirardelli milk chocolate wafers, melted 1 bag mini chocolate chips Directions Preheat oven to 325 & spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray. In a medium sized bowl, combine cake mix, butter, eggs, pudding and vegetable oil. Mix well until combined. Spread the red velvet brownie into the pan and bake for 20 minutes. Crush the Oreos into a powder and mix together with the cream cheese until combined. Spread the mixture on top of the brownies. Melt the chocolate wafers and pour over the Oreo layer. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and let cool before cutting.

Recipe: Ingredients: Crust: *4 oz semisweet chocolate *1/2 cup unsalted butter *1 pack chocolate cookies Peanut Butter Filling: *8 oz cream cheese *1 1/2 cups peanut butter *1 cup sugar *1 cup heavy cream Ganache Topping: *6 oz semisweet chocolate *1/2 cup heavy cream *1/2 cup chopped salted roasted peanuts Instructions: Preheat oven to 375. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the chocolate and mix until melted. in a 9 1/2 tart pan with a removable bottom press the cookie crumbs evenly in the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, mix the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla on medium speed. In a separate bowl using the hand mixture, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks start to form and add 1/3 of the cream to the peanut butter mixture. Beat on low to combine and add the remaining heavy cream. Spoon the mixture into the crust, smooth it out and refrigerate for 1 hour. In a microwave safe bowl combine the heavy cream with the chocolate and microwave in 20-second intervals until the chocolate is melted. Stir until well mixed and let it cool. Once the hour has passed for the peanut butter filling, spread the chocolate topping over the filling and add the chopped peanut around the edges of the tart. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

#ad I’m so excited to host our annual homegating party and having friends and family over for the big game! Watching the game is even better when paired with our delicious gameday spread. One dish that’s a hit at our party every year is this Hot Blue Cheese Dip that is loaded with @TreasureCaveCheese Blue Cheese Crumbles. We serve it with vegetables, baguette slices & wings, and it’s always gone before the end of the first quarter. I love that Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese is so bold and creamy, and can be used in a variety of recipes including dips, canapés, flatbreads and more!​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Here is the recipe for the Hot Blue Cheese Dip:​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Ingredients:​​​​​​​​ 16 oz cream cheese (2 8oz blocks,) softened​​​​​​​​ 1 cup full fat sour cream​​​​​​​​ ½ teaspoon black pepper​​​​​​​​ 1 teaspoon garlic powder​​​​​​​​ 10 oz Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese Crumbles, 2 oz reserved​​​​​​​​ 1 ½ cups shredded monterey jack cheese​​​​​​​​ chopped chives, for garnish​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Instructions:​​​​​​​​ Take cream cheese out of the fridge to soften slightly about 20 minutes before making the dip.​​​​​​​​ Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.​​​​​​​​ In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, black pepper, garlic powder, Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese crumbles, and 1 cup of shredded monterey jack. ​​​​​​​​ Mix until well combined and transfer into a small baking dish.​​​​​​​​ Top with the additional ½ cup of monterey jack cheese and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.​​​​​​​​ Broil for 2 minutes just to brown up the cheese on top. ​​​​​​​​ Remove from the oven and top with reserved 2 oz of Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese Crumbles and chopped chives.​​​​​​​​ Serve hot!​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ #TreasureCave #TreasureCaveBlueCheese #TheBigGame

#ad My idea of spreading love for my kids on Valentine’s Day is baking fun and delicious treats for them. Valentine Shortbread Cookies ♥️ Ingredients: 1 Cup salted butter (softened) 2/3 Cup sugar 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 2 Cups all-purpose flour 1 Cup Valentines nonpareil sprinkles 1 Bag Hershey’s Hugs Instructions: *Heat oven to 350°F. *Combine butter, sugar and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract in a medium bowl until creamy. *Add flour and stir until well mixed. *Shape dough into small 1-inch balls. *Roll balls of dough in sprinkles and place 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. *Bake 14-18 minutes or until the bottoms are lightly browned. *Remove from the oven, let them cool for 2-3 minutes and place a Hershey’s Hug in the center of each cookie. *To keep the Hershey Hugs from melting, refrigerate the cookies for 20 minutes.
