An Easy Lunchbox Snack Recipe

Baking my way through Motherhood Lunchbox recipes don’t get much easier than these Milo and Weet-Bix Balls! Both regular and Thermomix instructions included. A couple of weeks ago we found ourselves with an abundance of broken Weet-Bix thanks to an curious toddler who is currently enjoying perfecting his throw 😉 Although I knew the boys would still eat in for breakfast, I also figured it would be a good idea to try and use it up as quickly as possible which is where these Milo and Weet-Bix Balls come in

The BEST Easter Mud Cake Hack!

I’ve put together this chocolate packed Easter Mud Cake Hack for less than $40, making it a great budget Easter Celebration Cake. You can use your favourite easter eggs for this cake, and my kids were very eager for me to use the Woolworths Popping Candy Easter Eggs, or exploding eggs as they call them! If you are looking for some more great Mud Cake ideas, make sure you check out this post from Lifestyle.com.au where I also share five of my favourite Kids Mud Cake Hacks. You can watch how to make this Easter Mud Cake below: To put together this Easter Mud Cake Hack you will need:

The BEST Easter Recipes!

I thought it was time to put together this collection of the BEST Easter Recipes, which contains all of the desserts and sweet treats you will need to help celebrate over Easter. You can also find more easy Easter recipes in our Thermomix Easter Recipe eBook or our Chocolate print book.

Potato Bacon and Leek Soup

This easy Potato Bacon and Leek Soup makes a great meal for the whole family! You will get around four serves of Potato Bacon and Leek Soup from this recipe, and if you are making it using the regular method, you can certainly double the ingredients to feed a crowd (the cooking time will be a little longer) however please DON’T increase the quantities if making this soup using a Thermomix or other type of Thermal cooking machine as you will exceed the maximum capacity of your bowl. Divide the blended Potato Bacon and Leek Soup amongst your bowls and sprinkle with the remaining cooked bacon pieces to serve. Add the chicken stock, salt and pepper and cook on 100 degrees, Speed 2, 20 minutes (with the MC removed but the rice bowl sitting on top to stop any splashes).
