Cookie Week part 2! There are so many gluten free cookies out there and I thought we had tried them all! But we hadn't tried the ones from @wowbakingcompany - we got a variety pack that included 2 each of chocolate chip, snickerdoodle and key lime white chocolate. #gifted Jax gobbled up the chocolate chip immediately. I tried the key lime which were tart and delicious. I finally got Jax to try snickerdoodle after I convinced him that it didn't have peanut butter in it! These cookies are soft, and I love that they come individually packaged! I checked their web site and could not believe how many flavors they offer - plus they have mini cookies and brownies. When it's birthday week in our house, it's time for a @sweetloren's cookie cake! So easy to make! Just let your favorite flavor Sweet Loren's cookie dough come to room temperature, roll it into a ball and smooth it out into a pie pan or round cookie sheet.
