Women's Motorcycle Show 2019 Review – Moto Lady

Bigger and better than last year, we expanded the show into the alleyway of Miller Electric next to Lucky Wheels Garage (where the show has been since it’s inception), doubling overall space as well as adding a VIP motorcycle parking area. With custom motorcycles built by and for women, three bands, a full bar, BBQ food truck, amazing raffle, and demos from Real Deal, there was something for everyone to enjoy. An estimated 3,500 people came through Women’s Motorcycle Show 2019 at Lucky Wheels Garage in Downtown Los Angeles. The Women’s Motorcycle Show merch booth was set up next to the raffle area, right across from the Lucky Wheels bar which had margaritas on tap!

Women's Motorcycle Show 2019

The event features custom, race, rare, and restored motorcycles built by and for women and is open to all attendees. Because of the traffic jams and the raucous deluge of motorcyclists, we were shut down 13 minutes early (so close! ) by two LAPD helicopters and ten Police SUVs. While it was actually a pretty cool way to end the night (the lights from the choppers were super rad, and no one got in trouble) we are avoiding that situation this year! we have the Real Deal Revolution ladies doing hands-on demos and lessons again, three bands, an awesome raffle, full bar, and food from the Burnt to a Crisp Texas Smokehouse truck!

MotoLady + Stories of Bike FASTER (video) – Moto Lady

Sometime in May of 2015, Cam cruised up to the Ventura shop from Los Angeles and we got to work. The second shoot where we did a whole new interview section (and more riding footage) was actually in August of 2016, and there’s a pretty interesting story leading up to that as well. The following day my boyfriend at the time, Dom, and I hauled ass to Ventura while Cam fought traffic in his rental car. We had a really productive day of shooting; Cam got a bunch of great photos, b-roll, riding footage, the whole nine.
