According to an article written by Brian Syuki, of the website focusfitness.net (of course I’m thinking, what does he know, he’s a guy) hormonal fluctuations, if you have any at all, which I don’t, contribute to weight gain and he states that, “most women start to gain belly fat when they reach this stage. as a result, fat accumulates around the belly and hips…..thanks Brian for your kind words of wisdom! I would like to come to a screeching halt, find the fountain of youth and reverse this so called “chicken neck” that is jiggling around. Well there is always Oil of Olay and cheapy ole night cream from the dollar store.

Skin Health – You can be beautiful at any age!

For women the aging process can be an eye-opening experience. Factors such as genetics, environmental, lack of exercise, and smoking can cause the skin, especially the face, neck, and jowl, to age faster. There are countless creams, lotions, and other remedies women and men have tried to reverse the signs of aging. I am not here to give you the “Miracle” cream, what I am here to say is that there are ways to thwart off or slow down the aging skin process.

At the current time I am 63 years old and definitely past the menses era.
