Announcing friendship with atheist conservative Jillian Becker

Republican Atheists is proud to announce friendship with outspoken atheist conservative commentator and author, Jillian Becker. In fact, she was one of the first outspoken atheists to support Republican Atheists when it launched in early 2017, and was even kind enough to publish a blog post on her website introducing the organization to her following. Becker was included on Republican Atheists’ blog post, “Impressive Conservative Atheist Women that US atheist organizations continue to ignore. We greatly appreciate the support Becker has given us since we first launched, and thought it was only fitting to add her to our official friends list.

Republican Atheists Board Member helps with Trump 2020 campaign signs

Republican Atheists’ Board Member, Shawn Poulson, has been involved in setting up Trump 2020 campaign signs in his county in Maryland, and also securing signs after vandalism occurred. One property owner in the county became determined to secure the Trump sign on his property. He installed large poles so the Trump sign was high in the air, and even added a video camera to the post so that anyone who attempted to deface the sign would be caught on camera. We applaud Poulson for being involved in his local Republican group, and volunteering his time to set up campaign signs in his county.

Republican Atheists published "I am an atheist Republican" video

Republican Atheists recently published a collaboration video featuring clips of atheist Republicans across the United States stating, “ I am an atheist Republican,” to draw awareness of the existence of atheist Republicans during the 2020 presidential election year. The participants in the video are supporters of the organization Republican Atheists who responded to the organization’s request for contributors for the video. The participants come from Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Illinois, Missouri, Texas, Georgia, Florida, North Dakota, South Dakota, Rhode Island, Maryland and New York.
