Laura Marano was easily the best-dressed person at the 2019 Teen Choice Awards in my opinion. The Perfect Date actress’s bright pink ruffled dress was so stunning it required no extra accessories to stand out in a crowd. 16-year-old Maddie Ziegler was decked out in all Chanel for the Teen Choice Awards this year and no one is complaining here. Lots of bright colours were worn this year and we think Ryan looked stunning in her all green dress.
