Carlos Ernesto Lozano Rodríguez, 26, who is a reputed gang member in the U. S. illegally, was stopped just before noon Monday near Northwest 70th Avenue and West McNab Road, officials said. When the deputy pulled him over, Rodriguez said he had no Florida driver’s license, but showed a passport from El Salvador instead, investigators said. A background check revealed Rodriguez had been deported in 2015 and paid $10,000 for illegal re-entry into the U. S., officials said.
