Hi everyone, I'm Paula, a marketing manager with more than 20 years of experience, a professional fitness athlete and a part time traveler, photographer and blogger. I am from Brazil, living in USA and on the road at any opportunity I get.

Only a few international travelers visit the Chapada Diamantina National Park – part of it is when people think of Brazil, the first destination it comes into their minds are Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. But at Chapada Diamantina is where you can find some of the most spectacular mountain trails in South America, and on the planet! During this hiking, you will go through the jungle, visit the houses of the locals, camp next to a river, and enjoy wild nature. Since there is no one set way to go, the treks don’t feel overcrowded.
The Blue Hole and Greeter Falls hike in Cumberland State Park highlights both a stunning 50-foot waterfall as well as a beautiful swimming hole at the base of smaller falls a bit upstream. The trail immediately splits from the parking area so a pro tip is to hike to Greeter Falls first to work up a sweat and then take a dip in the Blue Hole. The hike itself is moderate, certainly doable as a , but definitely not accessible.
Both cushions can be adjusted to several heights using the knobs to do various exercises such as push-ups and squats. Other than that, the non-slip handles together with the front pedal will make it more comfortable when you doing a push-up, squat, sit-up, and flat supports.
I understand very well when we try to balance work, family, traveling, social life, and a healthy lifestyle it sounds that there are not enough hours in the day to do it all. Finding balance in life between travel and a healthy lifestyle is not an easy task, as traveling takes a lot on the body.
