Having met at a concert back in 2014, Ally at the time was a college student in New York City, while Ben was working in Philadelphia. While they may have lived in separate states at the time, they realized their connection was so much more than just a night on the dance floor, and after exchanging numbers began officially dating not long after. Backpacking to the Old Faithful geyser, and other popular areas along the way, Ben surprised Ally with asking for her hand in marriage, and as a tribute to the location noted he would always be her “old and faithful. Of course Ally said, “yes!” and the two enjoyed their trip further as officially soon to be Mrs. and Mr. While they have had many challenges of long distance, from living apart between New York to Pennsylvania, Florida to West Virginia, and even Florida to Alaska, fate has finally brought them together in Florida at the same time.

Having met out in Downtown Orlando during a night out with their friends, Ian and Kristen exchanged numbers in hopes to get to know one another better. It was the perfect moment between the two, and of course Stella, and as a surprise both of their parents were waiting back at their apartment to greet them with love! Ian was also getting ready at the Boheme, so while the girls were changing into their dresses, I headed to his room to grab him suiting up and a toasting with his best man. Back in Kristen’s room, we moved quickly in putting on the dress and a fun impromptu add-in moment of a bride’s party dress reveal.

It is always such a treat to see little Charlotte, and of course her mommy Megan and daddy Matt. In tow for our session this year, Megan’s family came along for holiday portraits as well. Florida Winter” style theme took us to beautiful Lake Louisa State Park where we captured a variety of groupings, and of course had a blast!

Cypress Grove Estate House

That day took place the weekend before Thanksgiving in 2018 during a trip to St. Simon’s Island, Georgia when Mitchell proposed to Kylie during a stroll on a pier at sunset that overlooked the ocean and a gorgeous setting sun. Cypress Grove Estate House, located in Cypress Grove Park, set the stage for Kylie and Mitchell’s wedding day. The timing worked out perfectly and we were able to add in beautiful moments of sharing a hand written letter to both her mother and father, and of course Mitchell. While rain showers came and went, we were able to bring our couple out for just long enough under the covered front steps for a first look, newlywed portraits, and bridal party portraits.
