Friday Favorites No. 501 — Crafty Staci

Have you ever tried out any of the Electric Quilt software? I finally took the plunge and bought version 8 yesterday, and I’m so excited to try it out! I’ve been designing quilts the hard way all this time, and I’m looking forward to a little digital assistance. For my full disclosure policy and point of view, click here.

Months of Mugs Block of the Month — Crafty Staci

September Book - Months of Mugs Block of the Month Block of the Month day is here! However, the current situation doesn’t change the fact that students will be breaking into new books, physical or virtual, and an apple a day has never been better advice! Here Each month will have a coloring page included so you can plan your design, or just do some stress-relieving coloring. Friday Favorites No. 499 — Crafty Staci

One of the reasons I hesitate to start a complicated sewing or craft project, and the one that keeps me from sewing clothes very often, is the risk it wo There’s nothing more frustrating than putting in a lot of time, not to mention materials, and end up with something disappointing. I’m making new pillow covers for my living room, and I felt like they’d look a lot better with some large, pearl cotton quilt stitches. I only have four pillows, but I’m doing both sides, so the thought of all that hand sewing was a little daunting.
