Great customer support from start to finish: spot on in determining height requirements and worked within my budget, quick turnaround from time of order to delivery, slight hiccup with actual delivery but Paragon stepped up and adjusted cost accordingly, another hiccup with a missing part and once again Paragon made it right with minimal time delay. the diy spiral staircase as I like doing project myself.the kit sent arrived unmanaged with all needed parts.instructions were excellent and so easy to follow.the staircase was a pleasure to assemble made easy by paragons Perfect addition to our cabin!Very nice and knowledgeable salesmen, product great quality, will definitely use again!We build decks and used this stairs system from Paragon, the price was right and the install was easy. they will be there for a long time to come a great buyThis was my first spiral staircase and Paragon made it pretty easy for me with a great design department that delivered what I needed when they said they would delivery it.
