They have flavors that you don’t find at most donut shops and I love that. They also have a donut that’s perfect for a bachelorette party. 😂If you saw my story the other day or have ever been there then you know what I’m talking about! The raised donut was nice and fluffy with a nice chew to it. The cream inside was delicious and not too overly sweet. I do wish that I didn’t have to eat half the donut to find the filling thou! The chocolate icing on top was a bit too sweet for me and I wish that it had deeper chocolate flavor. A potato smashed up perfectly to mashed potato consistency, drowned with butter then topped with cheese and your choice of Carne Asada, Al Pastor or bacon. Or you can be like me and get all 3. This baked potato is seriously the best potato and will have you waking up in the middle of the night craving to eat them. Oh I’m going to talk about this burger. @jafoodparadise makes and shapes their angus beef patties in house, none of these premade burger patties. They then grill it to perfection over charcoal. Very much giving off backyard bbq vibes and I’m not mad about it. Then it’s topped off with your typical burger toppings but the chipotle aioli is where it’s at. I’m into fitness...fitness this whole slider in my mouth. I absolutely love the Hawaiian Sliders @5thstreetburger. All their burgers & sliders are pretty bomb but I get the Hawaiian Sliders every time. I’ve been on a taco kick lately and another great place for tacos is @juanderful.tacos. If you haven’t heard of them by now, you must been living under a rock. They serve up some delicious tacos, burritos & quesadillas with tender, flavorful meat. They are served plain with either just meat or meat & cheese depending on what you order. But they have a toppings bar where you can add what you like. @juanderful.tacos offers 4 different types of meat but I tried the carne asada and chicken. What I really liked about the chicken is that it was tender and juicy, not dried out like a lot of chicken tacos can be. The carne asada was also cooked to perfection. It’s been a minute since I’ve had Mediterranean food and @zukispita did not disappoint. I tried a bunch of different meats, all of which were packed full of flavor and cooked to perfection. I think my favorites were the beef kabob and the chicken shawarma. The garlic dip and tzatziki are a must if you go. Omg! I can’t believe that I have never had chilaquiles before! Why didn’t anyone tell me that they were soooo good! I tried out @tacopapiaz and I am so glad that I did! I loved the chilaquiles, they were a bit spicy for me but nothing their delicious horchata couldn’t cure! The flavor was incredible. I also tried the QuesaBirria tacos and they were equally delicious. I definitely need to go get more chilaquiles from @tacopapiaz. I’m so glad that they are on my side of town! Have you been to @tacosdonhector yet? If not you’re missing out on an explosion of flavor! I tried the Taco Don Hector, Choritaco and the Patty Melt with carne asada & Pastor. Everything was so amazing. It was cooked perfectly and packed full of flavor. I loved the Chile Anaheim that was in all three items. It gave it a little bit of spice without it being overwhelming like some chilies. You literally cannot go wrong with anything you order and You definitely don’t want to sleep on the patty melt. You know it’s gonna be good when they use the Kings Hawaiian Bread. It elevated an already delicious sandwich. Make sure to check out @tacosdonhector. You will kick yourself if you don’t! Do you love Pudding? Then you need to check out @heypuddininc. I tried their S’mores pudding and it was delicious. The chocolate pudding had a rich decadent flavor without being overly sweet. The marshmallow on top and graham cracker on the bottom was a nice added touch to truly give you that S’mores feel and taste. I also got to try a sample of their Banana Pudding and it was definitely in the top 5 best banana puddings I’ve had. I LOVE banana pudding so that should tell you something. It was thick, creamy and didn’t have that artificial banana taste.
