This is the story of AMIHAN founder and Creative Director, Sinta Jimenez, and Krysia Zajonc and Mateo Aguilar, owners of Moondeli. A longtime friendship born out of adventure, lifestyle, love, surf and sun, and feel good entrepreneurship. While at a mutual friend’s beautiful wedding in Lake Tahoe (who was also in Costa Rica surfing that fateful summer) While Moondeli is Krysia and Mateo’s newest project, where they continue to hand pour and mix their magic powders in Northern California, they were also the founders of Local Food Lab which resulted in Krysia being featured as one of Forbes’ 30 under 30 in 2015 for her meaningful contribution to healthy eating.
