Oysters, Bottomless Bubbles & Dessert Table Indulgence

A lazy Sydney Sunday Brunch, it’s how we Sydneysiders roll! Other non-seafood brunch fare, an extensive dessert table, and my favourite, endless glasses of Chandon. The variety of seafood on offer was not as extensive as I would have imagined for a seafood brunch. Sailmaker’s Sunday Seafood Brunch is $78/person and is available every Sunday from 12 – 2pm.

MKR Biscuit Challenge, Lyn & Sal’s Brownie Cookies

It’s the Coles challenge where the winning team will have biscuit glory with their product sold in Coles supermarkets nationally. They are making Chocolate hazelnut biscuit with chocolate mousse and berries, and Bianca proudly states that their biscuit is special as they have two biscuits in one. The Aussie, Veronica seems more down to earth than her team mate Piper, who doesn’t seem to like her team mate too much. But what are Lyn and Sal’s Cookies like?

Prawns, Saffron and Almond Goat Butter Recipe

A simple goat butter recipe using large plump butterflied prawns. It’s surprising how many people aren’t familiar with goat butter or like the sound of it. Like a lot of people, before Delamere contacted me, I had never tried goat butter. Guess what, if you don’t like goat cheese chances are high you will like goat butter.
