Healthy, Semi-Homemade Meals: Burger Salads

If I add cheese, I will either use goat’s milk or raw cheddar (from Trader Joe’s), or the Violife smoked provolone. Mix equal parts ketchup and mustard, then add in a little mustard at a time, until you like the taste. On one pan, add the sweet potatoes, and use the other pan for the white potatoes, and toss each in some avocado oil or olive oil. For the sweet potatoes, I use the Trader Joe’s seasoning salt and some black pepper.

Healthy Semi-Homemade Meals: Gluten Free Dairy Free Smoked Salmon Bagel

So far I have a list of a few ideas, and tonight I’m going to start with what we ate for dinner: gluten free dairy free smoked salmon bagels! These are more like bagel thins, but the texture is so much better than any other store-bought gluten free bagel I have tried. The nicest places we went were Chef Mickey’s and Tusker House for dinners, and you can just walk straight in from the parks – no need to wear something dressier to those places. We don’t own one, because our boys are almost 4 years apart, but we rented one through Orlando Stroller Rental (recommended by our Disney planner), and it was crucial.

Disney Days 3 and 4: Magic Kingdom

I didn’t realize how special it would be to walk into Magic Kingdom, until we were actually there! Walking in on Main Street, all wearing Mickey gear, and taking pictures in front of the castle, was so neat! Here is how we spent our time in Magic Kingdom! We took the ferry from The Wilderness Lodge, then took pictures in front of the castle right away. The park got busier later in the day, so this ended up being a good idea
