Our Response to COVID-19 Pandemic

To ensure we maintain the health, safety and wellbeing of our clients and our staff we have launched an appropriate response to the COVID-19 pandemic that meets the approval of Australian Psychological Society and Medicare Australia. We are now delivering our services via telehealth channels, i.e. providing psychological consultations over phone or video. We could move to these channels after they were approved by Medicare Australia and also because our practice management system, billing methods and communication capabilities were in tune to offer psychological consultations via phone or video. Delivery over these channels prevents close proximity between us and the clients and also keeps clients away from contact with possibly infected strangers during too and fro commute to the practice for their sessions.
