Our Vineyard 🍇 From 3 years together with @man_in_bottle @feder.kika & @gessige we started understanding what is like making wine, natural wine. From collecting grapes, to fermenting, to bottling. This year we took on a new adventure, adding an extra burden, taking care of our neighbour’s small vineyard. This vineyard was about to be eradicated due to its steep position and the increasing load of work and care required. When we saw the vineyard the first time, we felt in love and we couldn’t let it go…we decided to take on this huge responsibility and challenge… From this ongoing challenge we understood that there is an insane amount of work and we can definitely say that we have HUGE RESPECT for all the artisanal winemakers. Our wine tours will still be at our favourite wineries and our friends winemakers. A heavy bundle of reeds called a #farchia is construct-ed to venerate the #Saint The farchie (plural) can be up to 1 meter thick and 8 meters long and are secured by flexible willow branches.
