Simple, Yet Overlooked Mascara Tricks

Here’s a few basic tricks I’ve learned over the years on how to get the best looking lashes for your makeup look. * Use an eye makeup remover to take off mascara or apply a natural oil (such as coconut oil) – and not a standard soap or face soap, which can dry out and damage your lash follicle * On the second application drag it slightly to the left and right – back and forth – as you sweep outwards – which will help spread the lashes out and give you volume Finally, if mascara is just not giving you the look you want, you may want to consider false eyelashes or extensions. Some of them use mink, and if you are an animal lover, I would advise you to avoid these and go with a synthetic lash – which can look just as great.

Missha Essence Review

Shop(The Body Shop) have started producing K-Beauty inspired skin care. It bubbles up to clean away impurities and dead skin cells from the face, supposedly leaving the face soft, smooth and nourished. I plan to keep it in my skin care regime, and hopefully it will help with the texture of my skin in the long run. The description on the website claims the product is wrinkle repairing, and that the formula helps to recover skin balance by restoring the moisture deep within the skin.

Waiting On A Life Sentence (Part 6)

She had been in a coma for 3 days and the doctors weren’t able to tell us if she would come out of it. It was a ridiculous notion to consider going through with the surgery at a time like this, but my father didn’t want me cancelling. She was able to reach through to my mother and keep her calm the way my father and I couldn’t. My mother and father don’t know the grim fortune that my sister and I learned from the internet.

Waiting on a Life Sentence(part 5)

My mom would break the news, the person would cry, and I would explain the procedure in the most positive way possible. This was my mother’s life on the line – her pain and her health – but the fear of losing her; the idea that your whole world will never be the same; the threat of your heart being wrenched out of your chest – that belongs to the loved ones. The doctor came in that night to tell us the surgery was a success, but he was worried that if my mother didn’t cough up what was in her chest than she might catch pneumonia. Within 24 hours, the doctor came in with the news that she wasn’t getting better and would have to be put on life support.
