The past two weeks with our Sage-y girl 🐈‍⬛❤️ When we first started talking about getting bringing a new kitten into our home, one of the first things that mattered most to us is that she fit in with our family + especially fit in with Demi!! 🐈 You all know how much we love our Demi boy, so it was super important to find him a companion he could play with + just enjoy having around! And that's also the reason we wanted a kitten, not a cat! 😅 Sage was found abandoned with her 3 brothers at one week old by @kittykathaven_andrescue, and then fostered by the sweetest human, Rachel, and her daughter! They bottle fed all of them until they were ready to be adopted into their forever homes! My Aunt Cindy volunteers there, so that's how I knew about this place, so I just kept checking there, and many other shelter sites here in Georgia. And then one day, I saw her sweet little face pop up on my screen!! 🥹 They had originally named her Kelce + one of her other brothers was named Travis! 🤣 So we knew that must be a sign!! LOL Myla + I drove over to Alabama to meet her, and we were in love from the moment we held her tiny little self in our hands!! She actually fell alseep in my arms that day + that was all she wrote!! She belonged in our little family!! 😻 However, she still wasn't ready that day, so we had to wait another week before we could actually pick her up + adopt her officially, but she was definitely worth the wait!! We brought her home + Demi's first interactions with her went so well!! (I'll post them in my stories) 🥲 But swipe to the last photo to see how it's going 🥹 Now don't get it twisted, she is still ALL KITTEN, and an absolute wild woman most of the time!! lol! She and Demi go so hard playing we have to give them time outs from tackling one another!🤭 But as you can see from these photos, she fits right in!!
