Hi! We're Tim and Sarah, an outdoorsy adventure couple based in Denver, Colorado. Together we've traveled to all 7 continents and over 70 countries. Past clients include numerous tourism boards, both in the US and abroad, as well as household names like Arby's, REI, WholeFoods, Columbia, and more!
Bucketlist Colorado Hike ⤵️ 💚 Always practice the principles of Leave No Trace when enjoying our beautiful earth 🌍 pack out all your rubbish, don’t pick or trample flowers, and generally leave things better than you found them! The Ouray Perimeter Trail circumnavigates the charming Colorado mountain town of Ouray and hits the natural highlights immediately accessible from the downtown area. This isn’t your typical “urban” hike - you’ll see waterfalls, cross streams, enter and exit a national forest, and look deep into a canyon. You may even see bears. ❤️ Why we loved it: ✅ Mountain views ✅ Waterfalls ✅ Rivers ✅ Seeing all of Ouray’s highlights on 1 trail ✨Trail Details✨ 📍 Ouray, Colorado 🥾 Ouray Perimeter Trail 🗺 6 miles 📈 1512 feet elevation gain 🚗 Starts/ends at the Ouray Visitor Center parking lot (next to the hot springs park) #waterfallhike #coloradohikes #ouray #sanjuanmountains #waterfalladventures
DINK-WAC life for life! 😻 If you’ve never heard of that acronym, it stands for Dual Income No Kids - With A Cat! Our daughter’s name is Mara, and yes she’s a cat! Like fur babies, human babies aren’t for everyone, and that’s ok! If you also feel like having kids isn’t the path for you, don’t let anyone make you feel guilty or like your life is less-than because of your decision! Our friends will tell you we’re the most enthusiastic non-biological aunt and uncle - we’re OBSESSED with our friend’s kiddos. And more importantly, I’m so happy that like Tim and I, they’ve been able to create the kind of family they’ve always wanted. I’m so grateful I’ve been afforded the freedom to make my own reproductive decisions, as so many do not have that option, including those who long for a child but cannot have one for any number of reasons. My hope for everyone is that we can all create the life we dream of, whether it includes kid or a cat or both or none of the above. It’s up to you! And isn’t that a beautiful thing ❤️ #dink #dinklife #adventurecouple #travelcouplegoals #husbandandwifeteam
✅ National Park Bucket List Experience - visiting Colorado’s Great Sand Dunes during the annual Medano Creek flow! You might be thinking, it’s just a creek, what’s the big deal?! The BIG DEAL is that this little seasonal creek which only flows a few weeks each year is responsible for all those sand dunes that seem so out of place under the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. You can thank this creek for making the magic happen! Every year, winds blow sand up to the mountains. And every year, Medano Creek brings it right back down to the dune field, replenishing and rebuilding the dunes. And when it does, kids from age 0 to 100 splash in the creek, build sand castles, sand board down the dunes, or just dip their toes in the refreshing water with a good book and bevy in hand. Spending a Saturday afternoon at the creek reminded me of beach days on the east coast as a kid!! 🚨There are NO trash cans on the dunes. Pack out everything you bring in and leave no trash behind so all can enjoy and this unique place can stay wild 🙌 Pro Tip: the main area of the creek gets very crowded. If you have a 4x4, head to the Sand Pit or Castle Creek picnic area for a more secluded beach day! 👉 video taken in 2023 #greatsanddunes #greatsanddunesnationalpark #medanobeach #nationalparksusa #bucketlistadventures

👉Comment GUIDE for our 1-day itinerary! 🎉Here are 5 Must-See Spots in Arches National Park 💚 Always remember to leave to no trace! The sandstone in Arches is fragile so please don’t carve into any of the rocks and always pack out your trash! 1️⃣Delicate Arch - It’s on Utah’s license plates for a reason! This tall, thin, and narrow arch stays busy, but it’s worth it. 🥾3.2 miles 📈629 feet elevation gain 2️⃣Windows and Turret Arches - our top pick for sunrise! Our blog has detailed info on how to get this amazing view of Turret Arch framed by Window Arch. 🥾1.2 miles 📈154 feet elevation gain 3️⃣Double Arch - two arches in one! Plus, it shares a parking lot with Windows/Turret. 🥾0.6 miles 📈95 feet elevation gain 4️⃣Tower Arch - hike our favorite trail in the park to this beautiful and secluded arch 🥾2.4 miles 📈600 feet elevation gain 5️⃣Sand Dune Arch - small but stunning, this arch is worth the short sandy walk 🥾0.3 miles 📈124 feet elevation gain Hi! 👋 we’re Sarah and Tim, outdoorsy travelers on a mission to explore the best national parks, road trips, and hikes in the US🚐 Follow us for helpful tips and inspiring stories from our adventures! #archesnationalpark #delicatearch #nationalparks #arches #visitutah
👉My new favorite waterfall in Rocky Mountain National Park! 💦Welcome to Chasm Falls! I think this has to be one of the prettiest waterfalls in the park. Now is an excellent time to visit Chasm Falls. It’s located off of Fall River Road, which is closed to vehicles in winter and spring, but open for hikers, bikers, and even dogs on a leash (yes, 🐶 this is actually a dog-friendly trail in RMNP!!!). 🥾To hike to Chasm Falls, park at the West Alluvial Fan trailhead, which is the furthest point you can drive a car on Fall River Road right now. Then, hike about 2.5 miles along the road to get to the waterfall. It’s an easy, pleasant hike, and perfect for spring (road hiking means less mud!). 🚘Once Fall River Road opens up fully in the summer, you can also drive to the waterfall and then it’s just a short hike down rock steps to the base of the falls. 💚Please leave no trace when you visit Chasm Falls. Pack out what you bring in, give wildlife plenty of space, and respect other hikers. In general, try to leave it better than you found it. 📍Chasm Falls 👉Rocky Mountain National Park 🥾5 miles round trip 📈500 feet elevation gain Have you heard of Chasm Falls? #waterfallphotography #waterfallhike #waterfalllovers #rockymountainnationalpark #coloradohikes
👉Share this with the one who keeps you fed and happy 😋 Here’s the thing. It’s more than just a PB&J. It’s anticipating someone’s needs and meeting them before they even ask. It says, I care about you and I want you to have what you need and I want to be the one to give it to you. That’s what I love about our relationship. We both look out for each other. We take care of one another. It was actually 14 years ago today that we started dating. And 7 years ago today that we signed our marriage paperwork, making May 5 our legal wedding date (even though our ceremony was in April). I like having lots of anniversaries! It’s a reminder that love is always something to celebrate 🎉 #husbandandwife #hikingcouple #adventurecouple #hikingadventures #happilymarried
Comment GUIDE and we’ll send you our guide on how to find and camp at this incredible location! This was by far the most stunning view we’ve ever woken up to! And the best part is it’s a free campsite and no reservations are required. You literally just show up! 📍 Hanksville, Utah ____ Hi! 👋 we’re Sarah and Tim, outdoorsy travelers on a mission to explore the best national parks, road trips, and hikes in the US🚐 Follow us for helpful tips and inspiring stories from our adventures! #moonscape #utahadventures #utahisrad #utahcamping #roadtripadventure
👉Arches National Park is ICONIC for good reason, BUT if you need a break from timed-entry reservations and crowds, might we suggest some equally epic alternatives! The truth is there is so much to see and do in southern Utah, that you can’t go wrong! That’s why we keep ending up there on our travels again and again 😅 In order of appearance with their distances from Arches NP: Bentonite Hills - 2 hours Moonscape Overlook - 2 hours Valley of the Gods - 2.5 hours Goblin Valley State Park - 1.5 hours Dead Horse Point State Park - 30 min Do you ever seek out alternatives to National Parks? #utahisrad #archesnationalpark #otherworldly #utahadventures #roadtripadventures
💚Welcome to Emerald Cave 🛶 👉This beginner-friendly kayak trip to this incredible cove of emerald green water is only an hour from Las Vegas, making it a perfect day trip from the Strip. You can book a tour from Vegas, or if you have your own kayak or a rental, you can go without a guide. Going on a tour takes the guess-work out of it, but if you’re an experienced kayaker, going without a tour can result in a more serene experience. We took a tour, and yes we shared the experience with others (both our tour group and numerous other groups). We had to wait in a line to get into the Emerald Cave, but while we waited we were able to explore some other spots, like the historic water gauge station. All in all, this is super fun way to explore the Colorado River even if you’ve never kayaked before! Would you kayak here? #emeraldcave #vegasadventures #visitnevada #coloradoriver #kayakadventures
✨The PERFECT Rocky Mountain National Park hike for spring. ⬇️ Welcome to Gem Lake! Sitting at a lower starting and ending elevation than other lake hikes in the park, Gem Lake is a perfect choice for this time of year. The temperatures are ideal, the snow has mostly melted, and it’s a relatively quiet time in the park before the summer tourist season. Here’s what you need to know: 📍Gem Lake Trail 🚙Park at Lumpy Ridge Trailhead 🎟️General Park Access Timed entry reservation required starting May 24 🥾4 miles 📈987 feet elevation gain 👉TIP: The trail is probably muddy in places, but the best thing to do is walk right through it. Don’t step off-trail to avoid stepping on mud, because this widens and erodes the trail. You can rinse your boots off at the lake! 🐿️There might be some cute little ground squirrels begging for a snack, but please do NOT feed them. 💚As always, Leave No Trace 👉Tim and I hiked to Gem Lake after work one day last week and it was so much fun. Here’s a little photo recap: 1. We got the most beautiful sky and reflection while we were at Gem Lake!! 2. Couldn’t resist wading out in the water for a photo op with the aesthetic log. Yes, it was cold! Check stories for a little BTS lol 3-4. I was amazed at stunning the views were throughout the trail. You can see the span of the continental divide from so many points on the hike! 5. It even has a trail toilet. RMNP has the best trail bathrooms, I might have to do a round up post haha 6. I highly recommend hiking with someone who can help you brush the sand off your butt 😅 ——— Hi! 👋 we’re Sarah and Tim, outdoorsy travelers on a mission to explore the best national parks, road trips, and hikes in the US🚐 👉Follow us for helpful tips and inspiring stories from our adventures! #rockymountainnationalpark #gemlake #hikingtrails #adventurecouple #rmnp

If this were my office everyday I’m not sure I’d ever get work done 😅 Reality Check: 1. Most days I work in my office at home in Colorado (which I love!) 2. It was 1 degree outside when we made this video and promptly closed the doors when we were done 🥶😂 3. But yes, this day I DID call into meetings from the parking lot in Bryce Canyon and even cleared my inbox 🙌 ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Hiii!! 👋 we’re Sarah and Tim, outdoorsy travelers on a mission to explore the best national parks, road trips, and hikes in the US🚐 Follow us for helpful tips and inspiring stories from our adventures! #brycecanyon #brycecanyonnationalpark #remoteworking #workfromhomelife #nationalparks
