The OG White Sauce! We finally went back to visit @thehalalguyshouston Katy location where we had some amazing platters - gyro, chicken and combo, hummus, , falafel and drinks! Everytime we try it, it is like trying it out for the first time (when I had some in NYC). The white sauce comes in the packets which maintains its original integrity. They have over FIVE locations in Houston including the Medical Center and the new location in Pearland. You can even pick from the falafel platter and fresh juices! Not only was the location closer to us, the food was consistently good as the food truck.
