Each week we interview healthcare providers on the frontline and people with previous life-changing experiences to remind us of bravery, resilience, grace and joy in all of us to move forward during this difficult time.
We are a social community committed to no only moving ourselves forward, but to learn how we can be a Mental Health resource to our friends and family.
Membership is free. We only ask for donations to the charity we have selected to honor for this project or to a charity selected by one of our guests.
And we only ask in return for love, positivity, and no political/religious conversations.
