Great for pre or post-workout or snacking on the go, these are the perfect gluten-free and high-protein bites to fuel you and satisfy your pumpkin cravings. 👏🏼 #scharpartner Ingredients: 1 package @scharglutenfree Honeygrams 1 cup gluten-free oats 3/4 cup almond flour 4 scoops unflavored collagen peptides (or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder) 2/3 cup pumpkin puree 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup maple syrup 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp salt Directions: Add 1 package of Schär Honeygrams to a food processor and process until finely crushed then transfer to a bowl and set aside. Add the remainder of your ingredients to the food processor and process until well combined. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls then roll them in crushed Schär Honeygrams. AD: S’MORES COOKIES 🍪 These s’mores cookies are a great way to level up your traditional s’mores. Hope you enjoy! #scharpartner Ingredients: @scharglutenfree Honeygrams Marshmallows 2 1/4 gluten-free all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 large eggs 6 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted 1/4 cup milk of choice (I’m using my homemade cashew milk) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup chocolate chips Directions: In a large bowl, whisk together your flour, baking powder, and salt. In a small bowl, whisk together your eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined then fold in your chocolate chips. Form into 2-inch balls (I used a 3 tbsp cookie scoop) and then flatten into a disc using your hands. Layer @scharglutenfree Honeygrams, then marshmallows, then your cookie dough on top to cover and press gently to create dome. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden. We’ve since made it for every anniversary and every picnic we’ve gone on. I’ve teamed up with @scharglutenfree to share our recipe using their GF and newly ✨soy-free✨ Artisan Baker breads. Hope you enjoy! #scharpartner Ingredients: @scharglutenfree Artisan Baker bread Basil pesto Provolone Prosciutto Sopressata salami Fresh basil Balsamic vinegar Basil pesto: 4 cups fresh basil 1 cup olive oil 1 cup parmesan cheese 1/2 cup pine nuts 3 garlic cloves 1 tbsp lemon zest 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper Directions: To make the basil pesto, add pine nuts to a skillet and toast for a few minutes over medium heat until golden brown (Watch them closely as they can burn very quickly)! Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth (Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months). Assemble sandwich with basil pesto, fresh basil, salami, prosciutto, provolone cheese, and balsamic vinegar.
