This reel has taken me time as in months and years to put out, but I finally did. This phase is something that I have never discussed on the gram till date. But I think it’s finally time so that it can help others too. Anxiety can be a debilitating and overwhelming feeling, but it’s important to remember that we are not alone in this. It’s okay to reach out for help and support, whether it be from friends, family, a therapist or healer. Just like I took the help of Reiki this time via distance healing. It’s also important to practice self-care and mindfulness techniques to help manage anxiety. Exercising really helps and my bouncing back to a regular fitness routine has been super duper helpful too.
