Where To Find Designer Luxury Clothes on a Budget

If you’ve been following this blog for any length of time you know I have an appreciation of high-quality, beautiful, designer, luxury clothes and accessories. You see me wearing a designer piece in almost every Instagram, Facebook and Blog post, and I wouldn’t blame you if the thought, “I wonder how a mid-level marketing consultant and Influencer is affording all of this?!” Trust me, I’d wonder too! And since I’m so extremely public with showing off my pretty treasures I believe you deserve to know! …Here’s the truth: I DIDN’T pay $5,700 for a Chanel bag

6 Must Have Pieces of Travel Tech

It comes with an adhesive magnetic strip you can add to your phone case as well so it stays with your phone no matter what! it connects seamlessly with my phone to play any audio I want, including phone calls! I like being able to leave my phone charging in another room and take this into the bathroom while I do my makeup, or carry it to different rooms in a hotel room suite. Must Have Travel Beauty” category (for which I am working on a post as well! ), but I simply had to add it to the Travel Tech list because it’s one of those items that makes my life while traveling so much better.

How to DIY Balayage Hair Extensions

A few months ago I colored my hair with Schwarzkopf® Keratin Color hair dye and was so happy with the way it turned out! For this DIY you will need: Hair extensions, Schwarzkopf® Keratin Color Hair Dye (match to the highlighted color in your own hair), Schwarzkopf® Colorist Tools Color Equalizer Spray, Schwarzkopf® Spray Schwarzkopf® Colorist Tools Color Equalizer Spray onto porous parts of your hair to optimize gloss and improve compatibility of hair with color. I prepped my hair with the pre-treatment product that was in the Schwarzkopf® Keratin Color box.

What It Was Like To Be in DC During the Government Shutdown

A little-known fact about me is that I was born in Maryland and lived there until right before my 1st birthday! I never tell people I’m “from” Maryland though because I wasn’t there long enough to have an opinion on living there! Right before my birthday my Dad moved me and my mom to Alabama where I grew up and lived until right before my 22nd birthday! I think living in the South 20+ years qualifies me as a Southerner! Earlier this month I was visiting family in neighboring Maryland and decided to go into DC for the day! This was the day the government shut down was announce to be “over” so the city was essentially still a ghost town… which was amazing! Not enough places were closed to ruin the experience, but enough were so that the traffic and crowds were probably 10% of what one can usually expect to see in DC on a weekend! Obviously I’m not happy the government was shut down for many reasons… but since it was, it made for a less stressful visit to DC! #silverlinings If you only have a day to spend in DC here are my recommendations: Take in the view from the Trump Hotel Ever since discovering Paul Bakery in Prague, Czech Republic in 2014 I’ve been a fan of their unique, giant, jam-filled macarons, so when I see a PAUL in almost any city, I go in for the raspberry one! I hope you enjoyed this mini visit to Washington D. C
