What is the "right way" to eat healthy? . In the past I have tried so many diets that are meant to be healthy and sustainable... . That is, if you do them right. . Paleo, Keto, pescatarian, intermittent fasting... . Like, could a sister get some help? . And then I found my programs with easy to follow nutrition guides based on portion control and balanced nutrition. . I can't even imagine choosing to follow a diet where I can't eat most fruits ever again? Looking at you Keto πŸ‘€

As you can see, although my body hasn't changed much in 2 years my confidence and how comfortable I am in my body sure has. πŸ‘πŸ» In 2018 I was doing an 8 week At home workout ebook by Rachel Aust (who I love and adore) and I was Not sticking to it and a little frustrated by using photos as guidance for the moves. 😫 . ⬆️That was before I started Coaching. Since shifting my fitness journey into the Programs I use as a coach I am doing workouts that feel engaging, challenging, and fun😁. I receive words of encouragement from Trainers who share honestly that they struggle too😍. I have easy to follow nutrition guidelines that don't make me feel like I am denying myself happiness and I do not starve following them.πŸ” . As a coach I am encouraged to read πŸ“–Personal Development and self help and I fucking love it.❀ . My body can do more and feels better than it did 2 years ago.πŸ’ͺ🏼 Even if it doesn't look too different.πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ . Could you benefit from this kind of mindset shift? . Would you like to talk about how you too can feel better in your body and maybe get abs? . (I am definitely still trying to get abs but I might also not feel guilty about eating pizza from time to time)πŸ•πŸ•πŸ•πŸ•

Anyone else seriously struggle with sleep? . As kid and teen I was quite the Night Owl. Even if I was exhausted the moment I laid down my brain would be spinning.🧠 . "you forgot to do that thing, do it now." "Brilliant Idea, let's write about it." "remember that thing your sister said to you and you didn't have a rebuttal. I thought of one." . Wow brain could you not, I am trying to catch some 😴 . As an Adult I have looked up tips for better sleep and found about this wild term called "sleep hygiene" πŸ›€πŸ½ Which has nothing to do with actual hygiene and everything to do with your atmosphere and habits leading up to bed time. . This book, The Sleep Revolution, and a book called Sleep Smarter are two reads that will teach you there is more to sleep than just laying down and closing your eyes. πŸ‘€ . If you struggle with sleep I can't recommend these enough. And I dont want to hear "I'll sleep when I am dead" or "you snooze you lose". Sleep is Key to good health and brain function and I want to live a long, healthy, more mentally stable life. Thank you very much!

Are you multi passionate and can't just pick a career? . πŸ™‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈ Me too! From a young age I wanted to be multiple things. Some of the more prominent career choices I wanted to pursue were Model, photographer and Fashion Designer. (Swipe ➑️) Me and one of my High School best friends used to photograph eachother a lot. It was a lot of fun and I wish she was living so far from me now cuz we would still be doing this! A few years ago while living in Somerville, MA I got to participate in a local fashion show and made the first 3 outfits I ever made. My models were so pretty and the garments for them so well. I got to truly see the joy of creating your vision. Now my main career interest is fitness but that doesn't mean I still dont want to pursue these (and other) creative careers. And I do get to include some of these interests with coaching! It's an amazing experience getting to be the creative behind my own business. The important thing about being multi passionate is to take it one thing at a time. Focus and build in one area and when you can start building the second and so on. There are no limits.

Where would you be if your life was determined by your childhood? . Despite my moms best efforts my childhood had it's fair share of trauma. . What would my life look like if who my parents are determined my life? . If I said "well my parents lives are like this so it is my curse to bare.", Where would I be? . Well without throwing my parents directly under the bus... I wouldn't be this driven person working to become my healthiest and best self and helping others to do the same. . From a young age I refused to be like my parents. I knew I wanted to do more with my life and be more. I couldnt have imagined the life I would live but I knew what I didn't want it to be. . I knew I wanted to be happier. And it's been a rough ride but I am working to become the best me, living my best life.

Everybody is going through something these days. . Whether you are struggling with Inequality based on your Race, Sexuality, or Identity. Or Health and Fitness, Confidence and Self Esteem, Mental Healt Issues, Jobs/career, Paying bills, Physical Illness or Disability . Whether it's you or someone you know. Let's be kind to each other today. . But also if somebody decide they wanna be a Karen stand your ground. Kill them with Kindness. If I am honest I have little patience for a condescending tone or someone belittling me because I work at Starbucks or for my appearance or because I look like a teenager. I get sassy. I am trying to be better though. I swear.

Are you a Papper Planner or Digital Calendar person? . I personally use both. . As much as I try I am not always the most organized person. But, I run a business and When you run a business you need to have a plan. And like, sometimes life is a little more complicated than wake up and go to work.

I am Worthy of reaching my goals πŸ’ͺ - Say it with me now: πŸ“£"I am worthy!" I like your energy. This morning I woke up just slightly earlier, did my morning routine. My cards told me to get out of my own way and follow my passion. My trainer told me I am worthy of what I want in life. The book I am reading told me to take actions every day toward the life of my dreams. Guys, I'm doing it. Are you? I'm making little shifts daily to work toward the life of my dreams. Today one of those shifts is oatmeal and fruit instead of a microwave burrito for breakfast. #progress

What is a non-negotiable for your mornings? I currently have a long 2 hour morning routine that fuels my soul for the day but in a pinch heres my top 3 non-negotiables: πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ My Workout (unless it's a rest day) β˜• My coffee (made at home) πŸ“’ My daily Tarot and Journaling Water and dental hygiene happen regardless. When I started to believe in myself my world changed. There is magic in believing. In actuality, our beliefs largely shape how we see the world. Our beliefs shape our attitudes toward our surroundings. What is one of your strongest positive beliefs?

DoπŸ‘ TheπŸ‘ WorkπŸ‘ I will admit, I was hesitant about posting this because, well just getting back into a workout routine I am a little self conscious. I recorded this Monday y'all, its Thursday. πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ But this is me, doing the work. This is me doing what it takes to reach my goals. I can't just think about getting fit and sexy. No, to get there I gotta be sweat and be sore and out of breath and do things that make me a little uncomfortable. To reach my goals in my business I also need to do some things that make me a little uncomfortable (like sharing workout videos with hundreds of strangers on the internet). What do you need to do, or to figure out how to do, to reach your goals?

If there is one thing I have learned it is that we have a choice. We have many choices in life and one that may determine a huge chunk of your happiness is whether you choose to be offended or not. This does take practice but it's worth it. We are in Pride Month and The #blacklivesmatter movement is huge right now. Also know that you can still like someone if they have a couple of opinions that differ from yours. I have friends who voted for Trump but they are actually good people and we have other things in common and we respect each others differences. Like a plant, as long as we are alive we can continue to grow. At a certain point our growth may not be in height. Although I do wish I could get a couple more inches. No, our growth is in ability, knowledge, strength (both physical and mental), etc. But unlike a plant, we can't just drink water and lay in the sun for these kinds of growth. Was have to put in the work to train our minds for growth. Train our minds to be curious and take in new information. Train our minds to value progress. How are you growing daily?
