I’m not kidding either – they are 5-10 minutes at most. I listen while doing laundry or chores around the house or while on a quick walk. My three favorite episodes are: Working moms: Caring for yourself and others – because duh. What mom could not benefit from this? But seriously, need tips on caring for yourself with a busy life and schedule? This episode is for you. Caring for the mental health of kids and teens – understanding some of the behaviors of kids and teens is a fantastic first step in being able to care for kids and teens and this episode explains the behaviors. What to do if you have a mental health crisis – this is a good episode to listen to, to know and understand different resources for yourself or others.
