Um, you know, you’re taking I’m assuming if you’re taking your business seriously, then you’re growing So it’s okay to not respond immediately, and especially as you’re building your business and as you are developing as a leader, I encourage you not to respond immediately to things because if you immediately respond all the time, it is setting a precedent that that is how you are always gonna handle situations. Um, but if it’s just something that you’re doing because you love creating, which I’m a creator, So I’m allowed to say this, uh, you know, if it’s just something you’re doing because you love creating or you’re putting off the things that are actually gonna move your business forward like talking to more people getting samples in the mail, um, booking parties, those air things that are actually gonna get you money. Um, if anything, if you’re only working as a hobby, I would say it’s going to maintain, and at some point it will drop down if you were not doing some of the things and start at least starting to treat your business like a business,

And I’m not talking about buying in, like putting on the rose colored glasses and pretending like there’s no problems with anything in your business or with your company. It’s not gonna be a problem going down your customer list and following up with people because you you follow up with your customers. Um, I might send a couple of love bombs like, Hey, Alicia, I hope you had a great Friday things like that. We have to know and love our products and our company and just want to share it with people so that also when you start hearing those knows because you’re gonna hear way more nose than you hear.

But you also want to run with the people who are running right you want want to run with the people who want to run? And it’s gonna leave you without a team, quite frankly, right, because you can’t run with the team You know, there’s all kinds of things that I’m in our team space for, um, and I’ve reached out to our leaders as well, and I’m like, Hey, guys, this is our team space. I mean, it’s for everyone, but for you guys, um, you know there’s gonna be some special launch stuff going on in the group, so make sure you check the group out, make sure you get your team, uh, in the group so they can take advantage of that as well.

And sometimes when you’re working your business guys like when I’m scheduling posts, I tend to do that, like on a Saturday night when I’m watching some kind of movie that I can like absent mindedly be doing them at the same time that I’m like, quote unquote watching some movie. So those are the things that are going to really move your business forward, and you have to get into people’s private messages, Guys, you just have thio. And that’s where doing those love bombs commenting on peoples things, you know, in your free time helps make the inviting a little bit less weird. The things that are going thio get you money that we’re gonna move your business forward and then save all the extra stuff, lots of time.
