Sew Chic Fabrics and Crafts is a local sewing shop near you! This retail store located at 3830 34th Street Suite A Mount Rainier, MD 20712 and we carry a large variety of garment fabric as well as quilt fabric, African Fabric, and Anakra Fabrics. We also carry a good variety of self-made and hand created accessories like earrings, handbags, cluthes, social media signs, and holiday signage. We have live instructor classes for beginner sewer, intermediate, and advanced sewers. We also have kids classes and kids camps. Our speciality workshops include bra making - fit and construction, jean making - fit and construction, paint and sip of all varieties, and leatherwork classes.

In Partnership with EmployPG in Prince George's County, MD. Sew Chic Fabrics and Crafts is now offering a training course in Alterations and / or Custom Sewing.. This course is 12 to 14 weeks of committed learning once a week for four hours. If you are unemployed, you may be able to take this training course at no charge if you are a Prince George's County Resident. Please contact us for more information on how to sign up for the course.
