Sharing the recipe for this layered taco dip below 👇🏼 It’s has ground beef, sour cream mixed with cream cheese, salsa, shredded cheese, olives, lettuce, tomatoes and more. Check it out 👇🏼 Layered Taco Dip 1 small pkg ground beef(about 2 cups cooked) 1 Tbsp gluten free taco seasoning 1 cup sour cream 1/2 pkg (125g) cream cheese 1/2 cup gluten free salsa 2 cups finely chopped romaine lettuce 1 cup shredded sharp cheese 1 cup chopped baby tomatoes 2 green onions, chopped 1/3 cup black olives, sliced Optional: thinly sliced jalapeños, lime wedges, sriracha Cook ground beef with taco seasoning until no longer pink. Set aside. In a small bowl beat the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Spread sour cream mixture on bottom of medium sized round pie plate. Spread cooked ground beef over sour cream. Spread salsa over beef. Then add romaine lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, onions and then olives. Serve with corn chips.
