I’m a 35 year old woman living outside of Boston with my husband and our rescue dog, Dixie. I’m an auntie extraordinaire, dog lover, caffeine addict, fashion fanatic, social media marketer, business coach, and (mostly) optimist.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2016 and since then I’ve become an advocate for myself and others with invisible illnesses.

Splendid Spoon: Healthy Meal Delivery Review!

I’ve been enjoying meal delivery services since my Multiple Sclerosis related fatigue made it too difficult for me to cook nourishing meals for myself at the end of the day so I’ve tried quite a few. Mental Health & Chronic Illness: Why It's Critical We Discuss them TOGETHER.

While I’ve mentioned it, I don’t think that mental health, including depression and anxiety (two conditions I have), are talked about enough in today’s society. According to Mental Health America, “For those dealing with a chronic health condition and the people who care for them, it can be especially important to focus on mental health. I do think you can find joy in life with chronic illness and that includes mental health conditions too. And of course, I know that I feel much better, mentally, and physically, when I’ve had a good night’s sleep.
