I decided to start my 2021 with intentional self care . A Touch of Las Vegas Spa is A private experience like no other. The year started hopeful & then it went downhill. I usually create a vision board for the year too …… I’m not sure if I will create one this year …. I’m wishing you a fabulous 2021 .

I talked about creating a dream board for the year . n’t believe 4 plus months have gone by !! It’s been crazy these past few months . It kept me happy , dancing n doing silly things .

A dream board or vision board is a collage of images, pictures, and affirmations of one’s dreams and desires. Taylor your dream board to your unique goals Cut out photos and paste them on your poster board placing them in different areas of the poster board and overlapping some of the pictures Add quotes that represent your goals . You may leave a blank space on the poster board which will represent the growth and evolution of your dreams After you have completed the dream board, keep it around in a place where you can see it every day . At the end of the year , go back and see how many of the goals you would teams or came true Dream boards are really effective to manifest your goals for the year.
