🍵Where are all my green tea lovers??? If you love a good cuppa’ green tea like me, read all the slides to learn about Consumer Labs’s recent review on green tea products. The top two brands listed contained over 110 mg EGCG/svg, while the bottom two contained less than 30 mg/svg. The average amount of EGCG for all 13 products tested was 60 mg. Consumer Labs also looked at two matcha powders and two green tea beverages. In addition, they reviewed heavy metals, caffeine amounts, and cost per serving. Need an easy, high protein (~40 grams!) breakfast? Thaw 1 cup frozen berries in the microwave. Top w/ a combo of 3/4 cup Greek or Skyr yogurt + 1 T unsweetened cocoa powder + 1 scoop protein powder (I used Ora plant-based chocolate protein), + 1 tsp maple syrup for a little sweetness 🙂 Will you make it???
