Gratitude Plus (2019) is an app that leaves you happier than before you opened it. Starting with change of perspective through the Gratitude Practice, we try to bridge the gap between Mental Wellness and Tech. As you probably know, there is a common misperception that tech "causes" Mental illness, and we want to change that, and create tools to help.

There have been many scientific studies that have shown that practicing gratitude has lasting effects on the brain, including happiness, perspective, and productivity, among many others. To add more power to that, the practice takes 60-seconds a day or less. We are also more than a gratitude journal, we have created an anonymous community, where you can gain even more perspective or inspiration through the community of members within the app.
