A former corporate project manager in the restaurant biz, when I became a mom, I decided to reinvent myself. I realized my life is my kids. I started my blog as an outlet to share this new life and now four years later, I am a full time blogger, a social media community manager and brand ambassador.

For the last 7+ years I have immersed myself in the "mom life". My blog, appropriately named Me, Myself and Kids is my life; the challenges, the laughter, and the tears. But I also offer my own version of motherly advice. In doing so, I’ve designating myself as an MD or “Mom Doc”. Not because I know it all. Don’t get me wrong. It’s an open perspective; my learnings shared so you can take the good, bad and ugly and adapt it to your own family life. So please join me as I share all of the crazy and overwhelming thoughts and experiences of the mom life with Me, Myself and Kids

What Challenges You?

The biggest thing for me, besides eating healthier throughout the day, is having a plan, challenging my body, and forcing myself out of my comfort zone. It’s using a combination of cardio and strength training, along with nutrition that I’ve seen the most gain. If you do the same thing day in and day out, you can’t expect to see changes. Once you find balance, challenge yourself, and leave your workout feeling incredible and accomplished, you’ll get to the next level of your fitness in no time.

Healthy and Filling Breakfast Idea

Super easy to make, filling, and full of healthy nutrition and foods. Base: 1-2 scoops Arbonne vanilla protein (depending on how thick you’d like it) 1 scoop Arbonne protein boost (optional but an extra 10gm of sugarless and 0 carb protein!) It’s so important to start your day off right and fuelling your body with the right foods! We start our 10 day healthy smoothie challenge on January 21st!

Almond Butter Protein Crunch Squares

As many of you know, I started the 30 days to healthy living program on Monday and my biggest challenge will be post dinner snacking! #yourewelcome •2 ¼ cups Arbonne Vanilla Protein Powder •½ cup •1 ½ cup Agave Sweetener (use 1 ¼ cups if making without the fiber boost) Put almond butter & agave in large bowl, microwave together for about 30 to 60 seconds (just until it’s easy to stir to combine).
