It’s never too late to go for your dreams or try something new. To say YES to opportunities. This is a completely unexpected plot twist in my life. I never would have dreamed that at 41 I would start a modeling career. I NEVER ask people “what do you do?” when I meet them. I am more interested in their character than what they do for work. No job or career will ever be as important as your personal growth (though it can certainly be a part of it). What I have learned is that my work does not define me, but it is a part of me. I have been unpacking this for almost 3.5 years. Detaching my value and worth from work has been a challenging and often painful process. I am not denying that professional success isn’t of importance. What I am saying is that if you base your entire character around it, it’s dangerous. If you can make your inner game more important than any external success, you will naturally have more external rewards. So don’t give up on yourself, your vision, nor your belief that you deserve a beautiful life experience. Very rarely do increíble things happen instantly. Your patients will be rewarded. Just please… DON’T GIVE UP!!!
