💛smooth oatmeal with carrots: cook oats with double amount of water add one scoop of vanilla protein add one grated carrot pinch of salt cinnamon + cardamom cook & pour top with whatever you like. i went for berries, @chelsies.se nuts & pb

pancakes today as a post-workout. they turned out much better than i thought! the recipe is: - 125g cottage cheese - 2 eggs - a few tablespoons of oat - 1/2 tbs och psyllium - pinch of salt mix and place in the oven for 175c for 15min. loved it!! 💘💘
