My name is Dee Silkie and I’m a street style fashion designer. I document every twist, turn and bump in the road to becoming a household name on my Vlog channel and Instagram page @deesilkie. Being a creative entrepreneur is funny, tough, exciting and challenging but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love the freedom and ability to use every creative muscle I have.
My three biggest loves are my husband Ryan, Kim Kardashian, and nachos from the Snooty Fox pub. Oh! And Starbucks. You will always catch me with a Starbucks in hand every morning. (Typically around 11:00).
My favourite things to do are travel and go to fashion shows. (Totally opposite I know!!) I love the glitz and glam of being front row seat at a fashion show all dressed up and watching the latest trends walk down the runway, but I also love living out of a suitcase with no makeup on and a big cozy sweater I’ve worn three days in a row.
