I went from former fat dad to a fit 2x marathoner, losing over 100 pounds and have kept it off. I run many of my training runs with my rescue dog, @oakthedoggo. I like the company, he likes the unlimited pee breaks and head scratches. I seek to inspire others, especially other dads that they don't have to settle for being mediocre and can be a better husband and father by taking care of yourself.
