Swimsuit pic! Success or needs work? 😅😅 🌞🌞🌞 During my short summer break, I tried exercising regularly for the first time. It was a decision I made out of shame, guilt, and body insecurities. I wish it could have been made from more positive motivations. As someone who usually can't both to go for a short walk, I was surprised to find that I started loving regular exercise (thank you to Chloe Ting for the ab workouts I did almost every day). I felt really happy with my body, and confident enough to even take (semi-) bikini pics 😁. But summer went too quickly, and my class schedule doesn't let me exercise the same way I did. And I'm pretty much putting back on most of the fat that I lost. But somehow I felt a lot better in my own body now. I've also realized I'll probably always have my lower belly fat. But now I'm okay with it. I can't really explain why, but when I figure it out, I'll share it. Have you ever had that sort of change with your body image and insecurities?
