@ramenochi_la recently opened at @westfieldcenturycity They are known for gyoza and have been awarded for many years in Japan. Everything is made from scratch, they use their own ramen noodles, housemade special soy sauce, chashu, they brought ingredients from Japan so the taste is pretty much the same as the ones they sell in Japan. They use koshihikari premium rice, karaage was super “saku saku” crunchy. They use raw eggs as ramen toppings and it’s common to eat raw eggs in Japan so I had no problems but if you don’t want, ask for boiled eggs or no eggs. Currently, they only have one kind of broth, “Sanju-broth” which is made from chicken, pork, and beef broth. No tonkosu, shoyu, miso or other typical ramens are available.
