Last night I went to an event at the @thekitchencolumbus hosted by @marzetti and it was so much fun! If you’re not familiar with The Kitchen, they host participatory dining experiences where you get to do all of the fun parts of cooking while they take care of the rest. Since the event was hosted by @marzetti , the dishes featured some of their new spring lineup of products like the garlic, herb, & cheese dip, the southwest ranch, balsamic dressing, and more! BTW, did you know that @marzetti started in Columbus as a restaurant before becoming a dip & dressing company? So cool! 🌮FIVE MONTHS OF MAX🌮 it’s hard to believe how quickly these last few months have gone by! This month, we had Max’s baby naming ceremony, he started rolling a little bit, sucking his fingers/thumb to help him sleep, and sadly got his first illness 🥲. This next month is packed so can’t wait to see how he continues to learn and grow ♥️ This month’s tacos are from @el_vaquero_mexican_restaurant which we don’t frequent enough! We got the chorizo tacos and tried their quesabirria. YUM!

A friend and I got carryout from @domo_skb the other night and it was delicious! We got a few rolls plus the crispy rice, which is a must order for me! They had some unique rolls and I have heard great things about dining in too! Have you been yet?

There’s a new cookie at @lioncubscookies this week & in a shocking turn of events, I actually love a fruit flavored cookie!! I am a chocolate girlie so a fruity cookie that can break through that is exceptional. It is inspired by the iconic @jenisicecreams flavor & in a side by side taste test, they have a lot in common! They are offering this chilled cookie full size and “cub sized” which is their mini version typically reserved for events & catering. Personally, that size is perfect for me! Are you gonna go try it?

@hiraeth_614 is one of the hottest new restaurants in Columbus, literally 🔥, and you need to get there ASAP! Hiraeth features a wood-fired kitchen and global cuisine and it’s a great spot for date night! The upstairs bar and seating area is light and airy with huge windows they open when the weather is nice. Downstairs is the same menu but a totally different dark & sexy vibe. You can sit at the downstairs bar with a private bartender, in the main dining room, or at the chefs counter with a front-row view of the wood-fired kitchen in action! And don’t forget— you can snag easy Short North parking in the attached parking garage. Grab a resy through the link in their bio or on their website & enjoy!

Are you looking for a unique date night or night out with friends? @gingerrabbitjazz needs to be on the top of your list! They are a jazz bar located in the Short North and a sister concept to @hiraeth_614 and @eatchapmans . They have a small menu filled with bar snacks (perfect for before or after dinner or a full meal), gin-focused cocktails, plus beer & wine too! They host some of the best jazz musicians in the state and it’s truly an amazing experience. Pro tip: you can purchase tickets for the show right up until it starts & they are super affordable (usually $5-$20), so check on their website if you want to stop by!
